Return / Cancellation Policy


At Brainnit Education Private Limited, we strive to provide high-quality digital learning experiences. Since our services (recorded courses, live classes, and coaching) involve immediate access to proprietary digital content and intellectual property, we follow a structured refund policy as outlined below:

1. General Policy

All sales of Brainnit’s digital services—including recorded video courses, live virtual classes, and one-on-one coaching sessions—are generally final and non-refundable. Access is granted immediately upon payment, and therefore, the service is considered "consumed" at the point of purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility & Exceptions

We understand that technical or unforeseen issues can occur. Refunds or credits may be considered only in the following "Service Failure" scenarios:

  • Non-Delivery of Service: If Brainnit fails to conduct a scheduled live session and does not provide a rescheduled date or alternative within 7 working days.
  • Duplicate Payment: In case of a technical glitch resulting in a double charge for the same course, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment source.
  • Technical Access Issues: If a student is unable to access the content due to a verified server-side error from our end that remains unresolved for more than 72 hours.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund under the exceptions listed above, please email team@brainitt.com with your registered email ID, payment receipt, and a detailed description of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited back to the original payment method (Net Banking, UPI, or Card).

4. User Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase on brainitt.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.
