4. FEES, PAYMENT, AND REFUND POLICY

Payment Processing: We use Razorpay as our third-party payment gateway. All payment information is encrypted and processed by the provider. We do not store your sensitive financial data (like Card Numbers or Net Banking credentials) on our servers.

Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the immediate digital nature and intellectual property involved, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided once a purchase is completed.

Chargebacks & Disputes: In case of a duplicate payment or a technical failure where the service was not delivered, the user must contact team@brainitt.com before initiating a bank chargeback. Validated refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 5–7 working days.
